This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with complex systems, can confidently handle Laravel version upgrades, and is comfortable managing both backend logic and modern frontend frameworks. You will be responsible for long-term platform stability, performance, and feature evolution across LMS, Job Board, and API-driven modules. Kore Search is an EdTech and career development platform based in Dhaka, Bangladesh, focused on helping fresh graduates and entry-level professionals become job-ready. We combine professional training, resume building, career guidance, and job placement into a single ecosystem that bridges education and employment. 

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬 • Maintain and enhance an existing Laravel-based platform (currently on Laravel 8 ). Plan and execute Laravel upgrades (Laravel 8 → 10 / 11 / 12) with minimal downtime. • Write clean, scalable, and maintainable Laravel code following best practices. Debug and resolve backend issues, including logic errors, performance issues, and security concerns. Maintain and enhance our LMS and Job Board. • Work with multiple frontend frameworks (e.g., Bootstrap, Tailwind, JavaScript frameworks), REST APIs, third-party integrations, and internal services. • Handle complex UI logic across dashboards, LMS flows, job boards, and resume tools. Ensure full mobile responsiveness and cross-browser compatibility. Collaborate on UI/UX improvements to enhance performance and usability. • Improve system performance, scalability, and data integrity. Identify, document, and resolve bugs across the backend and frontend. Conduct post-deployment testing and support. Monitor logs, database queries, and application health. Ensure the platform's long-term maintainability. 

𝐓𝐞𝐜𝐡𝐧𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐥 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬 • Must Have: Strong experience with PHP & Laravel (2+ years preferred), including maintaining live Laravel apps and upgrading versions. Skilled in Bootstrap/Tailwind/JS CSS frameworks, MySQL design and optimization, HTML, CSS, JavaScript. Capable of debugging complex issues independently. • Good to Have (Big Plus): Experience with LMS platforms, job boards, EdTech systems, and building or maintaining resume builders/ATS-friendly resumes. Familiar with performance optimization and security best practices.
