Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, Computer Science, or any related discipline. 2. Strong interest in Artificial Intelligence, automation, and digital innovation. 3. Basic understanding or willingness to learn AI tools and applications (training will be provided). 4. Excellent communication and presentation skills in both English and Bangla. 5. Ability to simplify technical concepts for non-technical audiences. 6. Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset. 7. Experience in consulting, research, or client-facing roles is an advantage.
